Refund and Returns

Overview

To qualify for a return, goods must be in the original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the goods.

If the original order was delivered with free shipping (excluding international orders), the refunded amount will deduct the initial shipping cost.

No refunds are provided for items returned after 5 days from receiving.

Refunds Processes

Upon receiving your return, we’ll email you for confirmation. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Check your bank account, then contact your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at helpme@tshirtapartment.com.

Sale Items:

Regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not.

Gifts:

Gifted items receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

Mail your product to: No. 48, Jalan SL 6/3, Bandar Sungai Long, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. For valuable items, consider trackable shipping or insurance.
